| We accept orders placed
on our web store,
through our
dealer network, in person at our
shop, by fax, email, regular mail or by telephone. TN state sales tax is 9.25%. No tax on
sales shipped out of state. |

| Payment must be made in full at the time
the order is placed, but your credit card may not be charged until we
begin filling your order. We may request a deposit for custom or
special-order items. Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard or
Discover, AMEX, Money Order, Cashier's Check,
cash or (cleared) Personal Check.
We cannot process credit cards issued by non-US banks. For credit card sales, only the person named on the card may place the order. |

our products' fitness or suitability for any
intended purpose. These are performance parts. We are not responsible for engine damage related to or caused by over-fueling, excessive exhaust gas temperatures, turbocharger over-speeding or over-boosting, oil dilution from fuel, or any other factor that may or may not be related to our products, nor for problems directly or indirectly caused by malfunctioning products. Assume that the factory warranty on your engine is voided the moment you install any of these injectors, and or other performance enhancing/non factory replacement parts. |

Express.
Orders shipped to residential addresses may be delivered by FedEx Home
Delivery Service. They also offer extended delivery hours, often as late
a 8 pm, if no one is home during the day to receive the package. All packages are shipped with DIRECT SIGNATURE REQUIRED. If you would like your package delivered without a signature, please be sure to inform us when you place your order. Shipping charges for a set of injectors is $45.00 for Ground (2-5) days in the lower 48 states and $65+ to Alaska and Hawaii. Overnight shipping is $135+/- to most locations. We email tracking information (to email you provide) as soon as the package is labeled. |
| Packaging |
| Injectors are heavy and have sharp
points/corners that can cut through packaging. We recommend first
wrapping each one in 2-3 shop towels for padding and to absorb the oil
in them, then enclosing them in a Zip-Loc bag or several layers of
plastic wrap. Next wrap them in newspaper and pack them tightly in the
box. A set of injectors weighs about 25 pounds, so be sure to use a
strong box in good condition. Proper packing means that the container
can be dropped from a height of 18" 6-8 times on its corners, edges and
sides with out damage to the contents, and the container remains intact.
We do NOT file insurance claims on damaged injectors if they are not
properly packed. Please put your name, address and phone number inside the box with the
core injectors, or any
other item you are shipping to us! |
