Refunds/Returns

  • No refunds on installed/used products. Print this packaging slip prior to shipping to Swamp's. New/never installed products returned in new & unused condition will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee.
  • If you are shipping ANYTHING to our shop...(at minimum) please include your name & contact information.

FICM / IDM

  • FICM / IDM return sheet. Please include when shipping warranty item(s).
  • We are actively buying 6.0L FICM's (fuel injector control module). Email patrick@swampsdiesel.com
  • We will only accept a FICM/IDM if it meets the following guidelines:
    • No external case/connector damage.
    • No Water/coolant contamination, etc.
    • Sending us a core that has been soldered on will void a full core credit. Only fifty-dollars will be refunded.

Ordering

  • We accept orders place on our web store, in person at our shop, regular mail or by telephone (866)595-8724. Tennessee sales tax is 9.25%. No tax on sales shipped out of state.

Payment

  • Payment must be made in full at the time the order is placed, but your credit card may not be charged until we begin filling your order. We may request a deposit for custom or special-order items. Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard or Discover, AMEX, Money Order, Cashier's Check, cash or (cleared) Personal Check. We cannot process credit cards issued by non-US banks.
  • For credit card sales, only the person named on the card may place the order.

Injector Core Policy

Warranty

  • We cannot accept items that have been opened/installed.
  • We will not accept returns after 30 days from date of purchase.
  • If you receive a damage package from us during the shipping process you must file a claim with the carrier as soon as possible. Be sure to save the original packaging material.
  • Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Friday may not be shipped until the following Monday.
  • If your credit card billing address is a P.O. Box, then you must provide a physical shipping address.
  • International orders may not have accurate shipping charges calculated on the website.
  • We will not issue a refund for a returned product that is damaged or lost upon return shipping. If your product is lost or damaged during return shipping, please contact the carrier as these issues must be taken up with them.
  • Swamp's Diesel Performance does not offer or holdup any warranty either express or implied. All warranty claims must go through the products manufacturer. If you would like to return a product (for refund), please contact us via e-mail, seth@swampsdiesel.com

Shipping

  • We ship by FedEx Ground or FedEx Express. Orders shipped to residential addresses may be delivered by FedEx Home Delivery Service. They also offer extended delivery hours, often as late a 8 pm, if no one is home during the day to receive the package.
  • All packages are shipped with DIRECT SIGNATURE REQUIRED. If you would like your package delivered without a signature, please be sure to inform us when you place your order.
  • Shipping charges for a set of injectors is $45.00 for Ground (2-5) days in the lower 48 states and $65+ to Alaska and Hawaii. Overnight shipping is $135+/- to most locations.
  • We email tracking information (to email you provide) as soon as the package is labeled.

Packaging

  • Injectors are heavy and have sharp points/corners that can cut through packaging. We recommend first wrapping each one in 2-3 shop towels for padding and to absorb the oil in them, then enclosing them in a Zip-Loc bag or several layers of plastic wrap. Next wrap them in newspaper and pack them tightly in the box. A set of injectors weighs about 25 pounds, so be sure to use a strong box in good condition. Proper packing means that the container can be dropped from a height of 18" 6-8 times on its corners, edges and sides with out damage to the contents, and the container remains intact. We do NOT file insurance claims on damaged injectors if they are not properly packed.
